Never. Have you read the OOC ban page? If not, do so. If so, then I'm
confused as to why you're still asking.
There should never be a case where game mechanics should be abused to
circumvent anything, even a bug. It'll get worked out. And in the
meantime, if it's that important to you, create a message group with
everyone but this person in it.
