[Discuss] Realm Names and Rebellions

Prussia was just a large part of many nations that joined into Germany.
Austria was still known as Austria to laymen...Austria and Hungary were
basically a federation.
Italy was like Germany, about a dozen seperate nations joined together.
Sardinia just led the charge.

BM doesn't have 'merging' because I guess Tom doesn't think it reflects
fuedal thinking, which is probably correct.
