I guess my thought is that, if the government system changes, the  
name would too. They are, essentially, different nations. One is the  
"Kingdom of Booga" the other is the "Republic of Booga". We all know  
KI monarchy was a different nation from KI republic.

Or, for example, there are two Beluaterra realms with very  
troublesome names. "Kingdom of Alluran" and "Republic of Fwuvoghor".  
What if somebody rebels there, and changes the government to  
something very different?

Of course, if Tom has said no, then Tom has said no, so there's  
really not a point in us arguing it.
