You oughta delay messages as well. It makes no sense that I can
instantly communicate with someone 1000 miles away. How about messages
taking 1/3 the travel time to arrive, rounded down? It makes sense that
a single messenger can run three or four times as fast as you can
travel, but instantly?
That would help make spying a little less useful _and_ make it very hard
for a General to lead from anywhere except the front; much more
realistic and fun too.
