That would be one of the few cases where perhaps complaints were issued to
the SpellCasters/Mods/Titans. But only after other methods were exhausted.
Especially before complaining to the Titans. They're not a RP policing
unit.

Much of that should be covered in any RP contract created. Those things are
anachronisms, super-human elements, or roleplay that doesn't allow
interaction at all. And the "what region am I in" thing has always been
loosely tread on. Because honestly, before you get to the point where you
want to slap someone across the face, it's likely you've traded a few
messages apiece. That alone, for a 2 region spread should've taken at least
a day, if not longer.
I can see trying to encourage people to, for instance, come up with a

That's why I would also suggest (should that be implemented) an optional
RP-OOC list. Especially on an island where you're supposed to be
interacting with everyone, letting everyone know you're going away is
beneficial, no? And the fact that it's being sent to everyone on that list
should make one think twice about sending random/unimportant/offensive OOC
messages.
