Also, how do we rid of Knights of they're Lords?
I.e., a Knight was banned in Mesh, Tyler was his name (Duchy of Twillen), my
character Danny is his liege. The ban has gone into affect but he is still
my Knight. He also has -3 in standing but I have no idea how to remove him?

Atop of this, I also don't know how to remove a Knight from my list who is
in good standing, he was elected Chancellor of the realm (in Mesh, his names
Pablo) and I don't know how to remove him because it isn't all that fitting
for a Chancellor to be a Knight for obvious reasons.
