[Discuss] Is being rude part of the game?

I think that if your fun is ruined by someone else roleplaying his character
to be rude (and thus not attacking you OOC), the problem is you and not the
rude character.
Every player is free to play his character as he/she wishes to play it. Yes,
there are evil, rude characters in the game... but does that really affect
your fun? I think you should be creative and roleplay against it, so that
when the character gets extremely rude, he can be banned for not being noble
towards others. But still, that are ingame bans... banning someone for
"ruining the fun" is clearly an OOC ban, isn't it?
