I bet you wouldn't be so happy if it were Abington or Minas Ithil that 
was receiving thousands of rogue CS in their regions without any 
apparent reason or explanation. You *should* be complaining since the 
game is acting in a way that it shouldn't act under normal 
circumstances. Being happy about it because it's affecting mainly your 
enemies is pretty low.
