[Discuss] Wikipedia, IC and OOC

Well, basicly, most pages on the wiki are OOC, except for the newspapers and
a few other pages.

People should assume all info taken on the wiki to be OOC knowledge, and we
should be safe. Pages that represent IC knowledge can have a tag stating
such.

As for people taking info from IRC, messenger, wiki talk page, and other
sources... Well, the source is OOC, so even if the info might me IG
knowledge, the character hasn't had anyone tell him so he shouldn't
spontaneously know it.
