Priests can train their swordfighting skill.  Become your own defence.

If someone is a good infiltrator and they can attack you pretty much
at whim, then they have trained to be able to do so.  If you want a
defence against them, do the same.

Or, of course, there is always a more diplomatic approach by joining
another realm or speaking to the infiltrator, etc, etc.
