Well with 3 factions, each not liking you if you side with, and thus
hopefully know stuff about, one of the others; and people just not
cooperating, it's quite difficult to know everything that can be
known. However I think he ment not Truth, but truth. His characters
feel they know it all,
regardless of any and all evidence that might prove otherwise. ;) Besides
knowing everything, while good, isn't always as fun as the learning.
