It's always been my understanding that region stats changed on the full/main/sunrise/6am etc. turn, but control just raised in several regions on Belu with no message as to why. Have I (and others) been misled, or is this a bug, or what? -- Who is this narcissistic Lothario, This casual sadist? Does anyone know?
