[Discuss] time to scrap the moderated list

Because all of the moderators do this in their free time.  We have 
lives.  We cannot simply moderate all day and there are over 200 
messages in the queue.  I know I have finals and everything else this 
week which makes me basically useless.  Just because someone is a 
moderator does not mean that everyone of their messages is appropriate 
for the modded list, but they can still be appropriate for the unmodded 
list.  Being able to moderate your own posts, and this is the only thing 
I can think of, could lead to favoritism.  Obviously I think what I say 
is fairly important (or I wouldn't waste the time to type it), that 
doesn't mean it truly is.
