Then start one. No one is saying "You can't have a forum." All anyone is saying 
is that *Tom* won't host one.

So if you want one, start one. Advertise it in-game, on the wiki, on the DList, on 
IRC, etc.

If it takes off, and you get enough interest and participation, then perhaps you 
can change Tom's mind. And then maybe you can get it hosted by Tom himself 
under the BM domain.
