Not sure what you're asking.  What I'm saying is that people on the 
unmoderated list need to see flags on posts that have been rejected on 
the moderated list.  Those on the unmoderated list should be able to see 
everything, but they should also know which posts have been rejected by 
the moderators.

Since Robert's point was that replying to a post that has been removed 
from the moderated list means that your reply is automatically removed 
as well, it is important for us to know which posts not to reply to.
