Well, reporting the event to the titans wouldn't particularly help if
you are in a position of power and the others are not. See, you must
remember that the only people who can break the rules are in positions
of power. It is kind of like how only white people can be racist, only
men can be sexist, and only the rich can be classist.

   
  Wow do you actually believe that or was it supposed to be sarcastic?  I hope you don't believe only white people can be racist and only men can be sexist and only the rich can be classist.
