Can't adventures open a portal to immigrate to BT!, it would be nice if
nobles could follow them too..hmm..it reminds me of an idea..

What if the only way to enter BT is by portals opened by adventurers where
nobles can traverse tooo?, but the side effect would be that one of the
either (the undead,monsters or Daimons) portals would re-open up on BT.
