The same way that people communicate in places where literacy is still
something rare.  As you made examples of, by mouth.

If when they click the scout report they get a link, I would think
they could pass it on.  Either from memory (which is notoriously good
for people who can't write) or the piece of paper that was given to
them when they received it.
