[Discuss] adventurers cannot read

fair enough (when trying to read scribe notes and all)

was just thinking... so... how exactly do they communicate? bully 
someone into working as a messenger?

Being able to message people in the region makes sense.. you talk to 
them face to face or get someone to pass on a (verbal) message...  even 
makes a bit of sense for surrounding regions..

Nobles obviously use a runner or something to tell adventurers.. But how 
do the adventurers talk to.. say.. prime ministers or judges? pop in to 
the local mandarin and ask them to pass on a message?

anyway.. just need to check 1 thing... if a commoner receives a scout 
report, is he allowed to pass it on to a different noble? (eh... either 
copy/pasting the url... or formatting your own hash thing from the url..)
