[Discuss] Army insignias and/or listing

  It would be very handy to be able to tell who is in which army,
never mind which armies actually exist in your realm at a given time.
At the simplest, a list on the information page to cross reference
would be good.

  Even better, though, would be to allow the Marshal or Sponsor to set
a three to five character insignia that's automatically associated
with the army's name (perhaps having to pay to change it when desired
similar to the individual rename option).
