Owning the land your house is on is not the same as being the lord of  
the region, but you don't have to be the lord of a region to be a  
landed noble except by the definition of some people in BattleMaster  
who don't know any better--like you, apparently.

Please reread my post.  You clearly didn't understand it the first  
time, and there's really nothing else to say on the matter.
