[Discuss] Feature request-handing over army sponsorhip

This may have been brought up already, but a perfect example in favour of
this is the fact that next week I will be up north and without net access
for about 6 days (just over the limit. Despite the fact that I will be back
the next day, not only will my positions be lost (which is fixable) but the
2 armies my characters sponsor will pass to the rulers, again, just because
of that day. There should be a mechanism to, if not switch sponsors to
someone else, then atleast return it to the original sponsor.
