Märt, the problem isn't so much with people coming back after a week.  
The problem is with characters pausing for a year, or never returning  
at all.

We _have_ to handle those cases, for the sake of everyone else. And  
no, waiting until the character is auto-deleted doesn't work. You can  
keep a character paused for years if you continue playing your others.
