[Discuss] Feature suggestion for new attributes

Written rather late, and in a hurry, and with no idea if this might
already be planned:

The deeds of your knights should reflect upon you, so if several of
your knights win battles, even if you're not there, your achievement
should rise--after all, surely it was by your orders that they were
there in the first place.

Similarly, if one of your knights is caught looting and burning the
countryside, your notoriety should rise--for, again, it must have
been on your orders as their liege.

This should have something of a ripple effect, so that the lord gets,
say, 1/5 of what his knights would get, and the duke, in turn, 1/5 of
what his lords get.

The Ruler should get some percentage of what the entire realm gets,
but I'm torn on how to calculate it. On the one hand, he is the most
well-known and public face of the realm. If Sir Poulas, Knight of
Avengmil is in a victorious battle, not many people will know who he
is. Some might know his liege, Marquis Jorn. A few more might know
his Duke, Gorch. But a lot of people will know that the Prime
Minister of Riombara, who surely had a hand in his people's victory,
is Delvin Anaris.

On the other hand, Poulas serves Jorn directly, not Delvin. Yeah,
maybe Delvin gave an order that led to the victory, but it was those
further down in the chain that actually did the work for it. Delvin
probably just sat at home in his big chair in the capital and looked
at maps and reports all day long. What's so impressive about that?
