I hadn't thought of the how it would create a pony express to the front
line. Still, would be nice to make the paraphernalia "useful". Like sell it
to the local farmers for a modest reward (0.5% production boost or morale
bump for a noble's generousity or 1/4 of a cart's value in gold or something
else). Farmers would want a cart for moving goods, right? I don't like
abandoning stuff and wasting resources. Siege engines? Uh, yeah, can't give
those away to the peasants. But you could do it for carts and caravans.

Is that a lot of code? And heck, if no one else cares for this idea, then
yeah, don't bother. I told you that I didn't like to waste valuable
resources. ;)
