That can't be true, the person whom I was going to appoint was present in
the region.
On multiple occasions that has been the case, where I and the person to be
appointed have both been present, once in Mallodopia and once in Kraake
(both in Mesh), in Mallodopia, a Royal named Pablo and in Kraake a Noble
called Bram.
