[Discuss] Claims

At the moment, claims are quite useless. They may make a difference to how the locals react to the selected person but that's about it. I was thinking about if you have a strong claim, you could enter a city will a large unit (80 men approx) and declare it yours, or maybe it could be an easier takeover. Being easier because of your strong claim.Thoughts?
