[Discuss] Abusing Bounties

Well, lets say realm A at other side of continent wants to give gold to
otherside continent to realm B.

Realm A duke with 1k gold places bounty to realms B buro char with 15% sword
fighting. Then Realm B's experienced infil goes and stabs Buro and gets 1k
gold. just in few minutes.
