Umm..not if he's in the same region as the target. Maybe I wasn't very 
clear with how it would work.

1. A puts the bounty on character B from realm X.
2. Character B and Infiltrator Y are both from realm X and in the same 
region, waiting for the bounty to be posted.
3. Infiltrator Y stabs character B and collects the bounty. Almost 
instant gold transfer.
