Exactly. When a character says "Hey, come assinate me to collect the bounty"
he is really inviting someone to come kill him. Not only does trying to
collect bounties in that manner destroy what the bounty mechanic is, it
doesn't make sense. It is using OOC info IC, which is a no-no. Volunteering
yoursel for assination destroys what the mechanic is for, and is against the
spirit of the game.
