I think you and I have diffrent understandings of that I meant by 
premeditated - as I said it in response to Tom S saying he just joined the 
realm to buy the title. I have little doubt he planned to do something like 
that, I just don't *know* (hence saying maybe) if he could plan it so he 
would emigrate 2 days earlier to arrive right on time to buy a title when 
there was no guarantee that the position would still be vacant.
