To join a realm to circumvent the game mechanics is not OOC for you?
Why do you think a title is not buyable from outside the realm. 
So quickly switch realms to make it possible.

To join a realm to buy a title of their capital? How could he know when
he comes from another continent? Not  OOC gaming?
