Don't misunderstand me, here: I don't particularly approve of what  
Hvrek did there.  It's not like it made any difference to me, either,  
since, as far as I can tell, we're close to a peace treaty, and the  
state of your capital is completely irrelevant to me.

I just don't see any OOC element to this, and, from what *Tom  
himself* has said, it's not a bug that he can buy the title.

So I'll thank you not to make personal attacks on me, explicit or  
implied.
