That is correct. In 30 days, we had 61 attempts of theft in Eno. It was not 
uncommon for an infiltrator to attempt six times in the span of a minute, 
immediately before a turn change. (You'd think that multiple repeated attempts 
like this should drastically increase the risks of being caught with each 
successive attempts.)

We get this message:
"Guards at the tax office in Eno spotted a dark figure entering the vaults, but 
could drive him away."

The infil has *never* been spotted and identified, in five months of thefts and 
attempted thefts. Is it even posible to spot and identify an infiltrator trying to 
steal gold without actually capturing them?

We did manage to catch two other infiltrators. We believe that these two were 
less-skilled, and/or less skillfully played. They were both also caught doing other 
acts of sabotage rather quickly, and executed.
