I agree that there is no solution to the problem, but I understand the issue
at hand.  I have a char as an infil, and I will agree that it was somewhat
frustrating when the change happened
.
I do like the change away from the "click war" though.

I think that even though I have a char as an infil, and I have been Judge
before, this new process is right.

I think Tom has been trying to give infil characters less power in the
judicial system.. for example, not being able to kill when assaulting
people.  This goes right along with the trend towards nobles being allow to
the treat infils worse, and have a step up on them.  The judge can ban or do
whatever before the infil can buy his/her way out because the Judge is
nobility, and the infil is a criminal in their prison, and shouldn't have as
much power and options while in there.
