If I may speak briefly for Rob, I believe this has been going on for  
more like 3 months, with significant amounts of their tax gold being  
stolen every time she is there, and they have never yet managed to  
ban her.

Perhaps the risk of being caught when stealing tax gold needs to be  
raised; perhaps she *is* just really lucky--I don't know.  All I know  
is it seems an unlikely occurrence.
