 The people here do not like being ruled by us. The people
feel far away from your capital and seat of power.

That would be the code giving you problems, including the 'part of duchy'
bug which makes you less effective.  Are you a knight of Pucallpa or the
city next to it.  Maybe they're opinion of you was reset to zero during the
allegience changes or something.

How far away is the capital?
