[Discuss] Any plans to introduce a new island?

It doesn't help things when there are still many characters that never swear
fealty to a liege and thus are never added to a duchy message group. This
will change when duchy-based taxes will come, but it still hurts the game.
And what about places like the south islands, where each realm only starts
with one duchy and it's fairly assumed everyone in the realm is also of that
duchy? Then the 'all in duchy' is effectively a name change for 'all in
realm' and serves no purpose.
