[Discuss] Banned nobles can't protest

Hm.  Either it's been edited slightly or I'm just imagining things.  Chances
are it's the second option.  My bad.

Still, that should be the way it's looked at.  Why should a banned noble be
able to protest his own banning.  If that were possible, why wouldn't
everybanned noble take such action?
