You're inferring it because of that.  Tom didn't say IRC/MSN/AIM or any
other outside conversation is not admissable.

If there's any evidence that comes to light by any means, it should be
presented.  If the case is well founded, there will be ways for Tom and/or
the Titans to uncover more proof with their tools.

Any time someone is waving a big flag like that, they're either proud of
their illegal accomplishments or simply want attention and are really
lying.  Either way, it shouldn't be ignored.
