2 questions based on this:

1) Can you clarify what sorts of evidence are admissible?  I have  
heard some people say that they were told that what people say  
outside the game (eg, in IRC, MSN, or emails) is not admissible, even  
if they admit to being a multicheater and give details.  That  
seems...a little odd, to say the least, if it's true.

2) Can you clarify what sorts of evidence the Titans *can* gather-- 
and to what degree we have to provide it?  There's a limit to what  
it's practical for a player to investigate, particularly when the  
Titans are supposed to (warning: speculation and/or fuzzy  
recollection ahead) have at least some of the old multi-catching  
tools, and the ability to sift through ingame messages.
