[Discuss] Could you remove the rape option?

Funny how closely the game resembles reality, isn't it?

I understand the option is controversial. However, removing rape from 
looting would be akin to removing casualties from combat. I don't think 
there's ever been a war on this planet without women getting raped. It's 
a sad fact of life, one that is already being swept under the curtain 
more than enough and I won't help in ignoring it.
