The problem is on SWI people want to do the loot it to the ground then 
take over strat.  Well this is what happens.  I preached and preached 
and preached in Sandalak for them not to do that and now they're seeing 
the results.  Sandalak looted Tasalek to the ground, I believe they also 
looted in Umkinnu, this is the problem.  Tasalek is no more there so it 
has nothing to do with the capital as it is under Sandalak control.  The 
weird part is, Tasalek itself is actually in pretty good condition.  And 
that was looted much more vigorously and perhaps the code needs to be 
checked if only for that reason.
