[Discuss] List Moderation

I do not reply to any message directly from the moderators interface and
reject them, but allow them to the mod list if they are within the
moderation policy and then reply to the mail.
In this case, the OOC ban post was addressed only to the moderated list (the
only list which I'm on) and I approved it.

Ps. Yes, the entire conversation about the mod list vs un-moderated list and
problems with it was discarded.
