All mail to the discuss-moderated at news.battlemaster.org that is not sent from
a moderator of that list should be automatically forwarded to
discuss at news.battlemaster.org.
Problem solved. This is a simple filtering rule on the mail server. I'm not familiar
with the list server software used by news.battlemaster.org, but it should be a
simple configuration option. There should not be any need for any special
coding.

It would be much easier to control the behavior of a small number of hand-
picked moderators than the behavior of the various posters to both the
moderated and unmoderated lists. In this way, as long as the *moderators* can
