I don't disagree with the idea behind what you're suggesting but a) it'd be
a horrible job and b) this same discussion would, sooner or later, turn into
bitching about the 'RP nazis.'
I've actually had pretty good experiences in Lasanar. Since I've arrived,
the most active (and best) RPers/writers -- and by best I mean the people
who not only wrote well but wrote with consideration of others, didn't
powerplay, etc. -- get elected/appointed to things, and the people who
don't, well, don't, with plenty of middle ground so there's lots to do even
if you don't want to be the Faulkner of Battlemaster.
The only way this is going to happen is if we do everything we can to get
more of these people in IC positions of power. I don't think there's an RPer
on the island who wouldn't rather lose a war to an OOCly gracious and
considerate opponent who made great RP out of it than win one over a
non-RPer or a whiner. I don't think this is something the Titans are going
to help us with.
