[Discuss] Corresponding with the Titans

A character I play was OOC banned about a week ago; I believed the 
reason patently false, and reported it to the Titans.

I'm not trying to pester the Titans, but since then I've only received a 
boilerplate "your complaint has been received and is being investigated 
by the Titans" response.  I've sent an e-mail asking for an update to 
titans at news.battlemaster.org, but haven't received a response yet.

That was about 4 days ago now, and the character still sits banned -- 
I'm reluctant to move him to another relam while things may still be 
straightened out.

Is there any polite way to get an update on the complaint's status from 
the Titans?  I really don't want to bug them, but I'm also afraid that 
my complaint's gotten lost on the shuffle.
