That is an issue for the ruler to decide.  If you don't like your
ruler's policys on RP, feel free to elect a new one.  If Girl Power is
in another realm, there isn't much you can do, other than ignore it.

IC issue.  People do nasty things in war.  Use it as justification for
expanding/continuing the war.
