[Discuss] Role Play Island.

We seriously need role play police on FEI.  From people like Girl Power 
to having your gold stolen by a judge without any role play.  Either 
enforce what the island is supposed to be for or just shut it down and 
make it a normal island (yes I know rulers can enforce the naming 
policy, but who can force the rulers themselves to role play?).  It's 
like making a law with no penalty, irl, who's going to follow it?

I don't even care if it's something like "Knowing that XXXX was a piece 
of filth not even worthy of his presence XXXX orders his guards to beat 
you senseless and steal all your gold".  Now that doesn't cut it for 
every prisoner you have, but most people feel that way about 
infiltrators, at least the ones working against them.
