I agree the option should stand, its the players that should be punished.
This is one of those times when I wished duels could be forced, but it will
never happen.

I did try to deal with it IC, I challenged him to a duel for saying the
women were not raped but infact charged him because he was a real man.  The
conversation went on with insults going back and forth and both sides. I
have no problem with one character thinking its ok to rape and call the
victims whores, a single character can be dealt with IC. The problem arises
when his realm mates join his defence on the stance.
